Where 62ph identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be permanently closed, all balances in the duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and the player's primary account may also be suspended pending investigation.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law. 62ph reserves the right to close any account where registration information is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent, with all balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 62ph login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
62ph will never ask for your password or OTP via any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. If you receive such a request, it is fraudulent — do not comply and report it to 62ph support immediately.
You must notify 62ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 62ph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
62ph is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification is mandatory and non-negotiable.

62ph accepts deposits and withdrawals exclusively via the following Philippine payment methods, all transacted in Philippine Peso (PHP):
62ph does not accept deposits or withdrawals via credit card, cryptocurrency, or any other payment method not listed above. Attempting to deposit via an unsupported method will result in the transaction being declined and potentially returned to the source, subject to the processing timelines of the originating institution.

62ph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion.
62ph actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using low-risk betting strategies (such as betting on both sides of a game) to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; and exploiting errors or technical faults in the platform to obtain bonuses not legitimately earned.
Where bonus abuse is identified, 62ph reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend or permanently close the player's account.
Bonus funds that are not used or wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified time limit will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the player's account without notice.
All games available on the 62ph platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by professional dealers in licensed studios. Game outcomes are determined independently of 62ph and are not manipulated in any way.
Each game on the 62ph platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 62ph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 62ph platform without prior written consent from 62ph.

62ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if 62ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
62ph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, and circumstances beyond 62ph's reasonable control (including force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. 62ph shall not be liable for any losses arising from such unavailability.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 62ph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
62ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon permanent account closure for breach of these Terms, 62ph reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the account. Where account closure is not due to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 62ph customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
62ph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 62ph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform, at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to 62ph customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, as applicable under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
For disputes not resolved through the above process, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
